Yeah, you definately, above everything else, have to change the shirt design.
Then fix the dots.
Fix some anims.
(Insert everything else I said before).

I don't understand what the guard is doing...
The angle that arm is at isn't going to block him from much, and why is he stomping on the ground?
I would think that would make for quite the mental distraction, doing that in such rhythm, that it would take away from his concentration, which is much needed while blocking an attack, which requires having to move your arms in just the right spot.

Agreed.

And the motion of his leg is awkward enough anyway.

i'm amazed too, he is quite as good as me
guess practice does make miracles
