The effect of the side special is shaky.

To me, its more like a tilt...
Special should be the Cloud Hedgehog form 1.

Well, there is cut off in the sprite sheet and if you look it is there in Shadow Kirby's Hibari.

And does it still shake? Because I tried to fix it.

Yeah, it moves to the side at some point. Its more noticeable towards the bottom of the effect.
