Everything is so fast I can't tell if its good.
But, I say that the way he disappears in the Down Special is lame, and the Side special should work like it does in Brawl. And maybe a more exciting FS.

The reason I think the Side Special should cause stun is because in the Pokemon games, Force Palm has a chance to cause paralyze.

As for the FS, it may not be especially exiting, but I think it's better than the only other option I have, namely Zero LaserFocus Blast.

Hmm, that might not be a bad idea...
I know the FS sounds lame and noobish when I just say "This animation plus this one plus this one", but I can't string the animations together myself because Beneton screws up MUGEN animations.

Yeah, Final Smash could be better too.
Its not a bad idea, but it could be so much better.

More exciting attack rather than that kick for the down special would be nice.

His walk/jump are funny-looking. Also, there's only one projectile. What if he doesn't fully charge his attack?

I think it looks pretty good, and I was wondering, if his FS would be one giant sequence of attacks, if so I would want to see it because I don't think any other character has that.

I rather like the idea for the FS. Just show an animation of it, and it will look like a real FS.

Is he going to be resized AT ALL in the actual game? Because in one of previous sigs he may of been bigger then King Dedede.

Meh, the Final Smash sounds simular to Triforce Slash, but it's way better than Focus Blast.

First of all, you aren't reviving; this is bumping, plain and simple.

This should never be moved to archived expansions, the animations and quality are overall terrible. If you plan on actually making Lucario, do it right. Lucario deserves an expansion that actually had serious effort put into it.

Next time, pick a character that hs better sprites if all you're interested in doing is animating someone elses work.

You'd be far better off starting from these http://spriters-resource.com/custom_edited/pokemon/sheet/18422 and working up, It'd be a heck of a lot of work, but you'd be seen as someone actually worth a crap in the expansion making business. Good luck if you go for it.
